- This promotion is only available in the United Kingdom and Ireland for delivery in the United Kingdom and/or Ireland.
- The promotion will run from 3rd January until 31st December 2008.
- All service vouchers must be redeemed by the 31st January 2009.
- Manufacturer participation is subject to change from calendar quarter to quarter.
- In order to participate in the PlusPac Club the online registration form must be completed by a senior member of staff, this includes Sales Managers, Managers and Directors. (One contact per company).
- Login details will be sent by email once your account is approved.
- If you have not registered your company by the end of the quarter any points that may have been accumulated over that period will be lost.
- It is the responsibility of the registered company to enter the product details of each purchase on the ‘Register Purchase’ page to obtain your points. Serial numbers must be provided.
- You can view your statement of points accumulated at anytime using your login details to enter the website.
- You can exchange your points for prizes at anytime using the ‘Exchange Points for Prizes’ page.
- Points that are not claimed within 1 month after 31st December 2008 will be lost.
- Prizes could take up to one month (from notifying Kofax) to be delivered.
- All prizes are subject to availability.
- Kofax cannot guarantee model colours of certain items.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points must be equal to the point value of the prize. The difference in value cannot be purchased.
- Prizes go to the company and not to the individual.
- This promotion does not run in conjunction with any other promotion and special project pricing.
- Kofax UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change the above offer without prior notification.
- All entrants to this promotion are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms.

Marketing Development Funds Terms and Conditions
If you select the MDF option, please be aware of these additional Terms and Conditions.
- A prior approval form must be completed and returned to Kofax Marketing and approved before any activity takes place
- Kofax reserves the right to refuse the payment of MDF should the correct procedure not be followed
- All claims for MDF must be accompanied by proof of activity, such as invoices or photographs
- All activities must take place before the 31st January 2008
- All claims must be submitted before the 31st January 2008
- All MDF will be paid after the activity has taken place and the required information has been received from the claimant
The claimant must provide an invoice to Kofax on company headed paper for the total value of the activity
