You can now claim your points at any time throughout the promotion - provided you have enough points saved.
Unfortunately not, you can only earn points when you purchase the qualifying products
Further to our terms and conditions, only one person can register on behalf of the company. It is the company who registers and not the individual, prizes go to the company and not the individual.
You can only register products within the current quarter, i.e. you cannot register products from previous quarters.
From receipt of order, please allow 30 days for delivery. The progress of your order can be viewed on your status page.
Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed with us and it has been processed we are no longer able to change the order.
Although we will do everything we can to make sure that all goods are 100% perfect, in the unlikely event that a prize you receive from us is either faulty or damaged you have 7 days to notify us of the problem by email or by phone 0870 777 3767. We will then investigate the claim and inform you of the next step. Any prizes found to be faulty or damaged after this time period cannot be returned, therefore we advise you to thoroughly check over any prizes received from us throughout the duration of this promotion.
Once you are registered all points that have been earned can be carried over to the following quarter.
Every quarter there are a selection of products which, when you purchase them from Kofax UK Ltd you can earn points on. Details on this quarters products and their point value is available here. However you must register your purchases in order to claim the points, if you have not done this by the end of the current quarter the points you could have earned will be lost.
At the end of the promotion you will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points, if you have not claimed your points at the end of this period they will be lost.
